SmartBidet SB-2600

4.3(103 reviews across retail listings)

SmartBidet's tankless step-up from the tank-heated SB-1000, sold at Target, Lowe's, Ace, and Amazon for around $300. The SB-2600 swaps the tank for on-demand unlimited hot water and adds a Bubble Infusion aerated spray, turbo wash, and a touch-style side control panel with posterior, feminine, oscillating, and child modes. It's a lot of heater for the money, though the trim spec sheet skips the night light, remote, and deodorizer.

Pros

  • True tankless heating for unlimited hot water - the SB-1000's tank runs lukewarm in under a minute, this never does
  • Bubble Infusion aerates the stream so the 5-level pressure feels fuller without stinging
  • Turbo wash mode adds a genuine deep-clean burst most $300 seats lack
  • 3-in-1 stainless self-cleaning nozzle extends and rinses before and after every use
  • Quick-release seat slides off for cleaning - a hygiene chore most brands ignore
  • Sold at Target, Lowe's, Ace, and Menards, so returns and price-matching are painless

Cons

  • No night light at $300 - a standard feature on the cheaper Inus R31 and most Korean rivals
  • No wireless remote; ironically the cheaper tank-heated SB-1000 ($279) includes one
  • Owners report the seat plastic feels thin and flexes audibly under larger users (265-lb cap)
  • 1260W peak draw is heavy - shared bathroom circuits can trip when the water and seat heat together
  • Elongated only, with no round option in the 2600 line
  • No deodorizer, and mixed quality-control reviews at Walmart temper the Amazon 4.3 average
  • Dryer is entry-grade; expect to finish with paper like most seats under $350

Common Questions

Is the warm water really unlimited, unlike the SB-1000?
Yes — that's the whole point of the SB-2600. It swaps the SB-1000's tank (which runs lukewarm in under a minute) for tankless on-demand heating, so the water stays warm for the entire wash no matter how long you take.
Can I put this on a round toilet?
No. The SB-2600 is elongated-only and SmartBidet doesn't make a round version in the 2600 line. If you have a round bowl, look at the tank-heated SB-1000 or another brand entirely.
Will it trip my bathroom circuit breaker?
It can. The SB-2600 pulls a heavy 1,260W at peak when the water and seat heat together, and owners on shared 15-amp bathroom circuits report occasional trips. It needs a GFCI outlet, and ideally one that isn't sharing a circuit with a hair dryer or space heater.
How annoying is the side control panel compared to a remote?
You'll twist sideways to adjust settings mid-wash, and there's no remote option at any price — ironically the cheaper tank-heated SB-1000 includes one. If a remote matters to you at this budget, the Woodbridge BID01 or Swiss Madison Vivante both have one for similar money.
Can the air dryer replace toilet paper entirely?
Not realistically. Like most seats under $350 the dryer is entry-grade — it helps, but most owners still finish with a small amount of paper. Treat it as reducing paper use rather than eliminating it.

SmartBidet SB-1000
$279
Electric Bidet Seat
4.4(1,300)

A Korean-made budget electric seat that keeps the essentials — remote control, heated seat, warm wash with 5 pressure levels, turbo mode, and a warm-air dryer — while cutting frills like a night light and deodorizer. Still current in SmartBidet's 2026 lineup at $369 list, it streets around $250-280, making it one of the cheapest remote-controlled seats with a dryer. Warm water comes from a reservoir tank, so it's finite per wash.

The electric bidet seat from Swiss Madison, the fast-growing direct-to-consumer toilet and fixture brand now stocked at Home Depot and Wayfair. The Vivante bundles a wireless remote plus backup side controls, heated seat, warm water, warm-air dryer, night light, and two user memory presets around a tank-style heater. It lists at $401 on the brand site but routinely streets near $300, squarely against the SmartBidet SB-1000 and Alpha's entry seats.

Brondell Swash LE99
$299
Electric Bidet Seat
4.4(1,700)

With the mid-range Swash DS725 discontinued (Brondell's own site lists it out of stock and Ferguson and Build mark it dead), the LE99 is Brondell's current mid-tier remote seat and the DS725's effective replacement. A hybrid heater pairs a small tank with supplemental heating for an extended — though not endless — warm wash, plus heated seat, warm-air dryer, stainless nozzle, night light, and Lite-Touch remote. Lists at $399.99; Brondell sells it at $324.99 and Amazon regularly runs lower.

Electric Bidet Seat

Korean-made mid-tier seat from VOVO, the Seoul manufacturer that pushed hardest into US big-box retail — this is the bidet seat you actually find on Home Depot shelves, at roughly $298 street. It bundles a wireless remote, a full stainless 3-in-1 nozzle, UV-A LED bowl sterilization, deodorizer, night light and warm-air dryer — a feature set that usually starts near $450.
