Luxe Bidet Neo 320 Plus

Model Neo 320 Plus

The Neo 320 Plus is the current-generation successor to LUXE's hugely popular Neo 320 warm-water attachment (which remains on sale at $59.99). The Plus keeps the sink-fed warm water and dual rear/feminine nozzles but moves to the NEO Plus platform: slide-in bracket installation, EZ-Lift hinges so the whole unit tilts up for cleaning, an advanced 360° self-clean mode covering both nozzles and the guard gate, and standard 3/8-inch fittings.

What owners like

+Warm water plus dual nozzles for $66 — less than half the Tushy Spa 3.0, which doesn't even have a second nozzle
+EZ-Lift hinges solve the dirtiest secret of bidet attachments: the unit tilts up so you can actually clean the grime line beneath it
+Slide-in bracket install means the fiddly bolt-alignment step is done once, and the bidet clicks in and out afterward
+360° self-clean mode rinses both nozzles and the inside of the guard gate, a real upgrade over the old 320's simple rinse
+Dedicated feminine nozzle sprays at a softer, more forward angle instead of repurposing the rear jet
+Includes a hot-water cap, so you can run it cold-only now and plumb the sink tee later — a graceful fallback if your sink is far
+18-month warranty (24 registered) from the biggest name in budget bidets, with every spare part sold individually

Common complaints

−Same sink-tee catch as every non-electric warm bidet: a sink across the room means warm water is effectively off the table
−A cold slug hits first every wash while hot water travels from the vanity — brief washes stay cold in winter
−One lever controls both temperature and pressure, so nudging the pressure also drifts your temp mix — genuinely fiddly for the first week
−The original Neo 320 still sells everywhere at $59.99, and it's easy to buy the old generation by accident on a marketplace listing
−Control body is chunkier than a SlimEdge, adding noticeable seat-gap on tight bowls
−No spray-angle adjustment on either nozzle — aim is fixed and you move, not the stream

Questions buyers ask

How does a non-electric attachment deliver warm water?

It tees into your bathroom sink's hot water line with an included hose and mixes at the bidet — same approach as the Tushy Spa at less than half the price. The catch is universal to the type: the sink must be within hose reach, and a cold slug hits first each wash while hot water travels from the vanity.

What if my sink turns out to be too far away?

The 320 Plus has a graceful fallback the Tushy Spa lacks: it includes a hot-water cap, so you can run it cold-only now and plumb the sink tee later if you rearrange or move. You don't lose the dual nozzles either way.

Why do pressure and temperature fight each other?

One lever controls both, so nudging pressure also drifts your temperature mix — genuinely fiddly for the first week until muscle memory sets in. Tushy's Spa keeps them on separate knobs, which is part of what its extra $83 buys.

What are the EZ-Lift hinges and slide-in bracket about?

They fix the two dirtiest secrets of bidet attachments: the unit tilts up so you can actually clean the grime line beneath it, and after the bracket is bolted once, the bidet clicks in and out without re-aligning bolts. The 360-degree self-clean mode also rinses both nozzles and the inside of the guard gate.

How do I avoid accidentally buying the old Neo 320?

Check for 'Plus' explicitly — the original 320 still sells everywhere at $59.99 and marketplace listings blur the two. The Plus adds the slide-in bracket, EZ-Lift hinges, and 360-degree self-clean; the old model bolts in the traditional fiddly way.

Luxe Bidet Neo 185

The best-selling bidet attachment in America and the default forum recommendation for a decade. Two nozzles (a strong rear wash and a softer, dedicated feminine stream), a nozzle-rinse knob position, and Luxe's signature high-pressure metal-ceramic valve. It's cold-water only, and the newer Neo 185 Plus adds slide-in installation, but the classic 185 remains the benchmark every $25-30 challenger gets measured against.

Luxe Bidet Neo 120

The Neo 120 is the budget benchmark of the entire bidet category — a perennial Amazon #1 best seller that has converted more Americans to washing than any other single product. It's a cold-water, single-nozzle attachment with a pressure knob, a mode dial with self-clean rinse, and a guard gate protecting the retractable nozzle. LUXE still sells it at $40 alongside its newer NEO Plus line, which adds slide-in install and 360° self-clean.

Luxe Bidet Neo 110

The most stripped-down member of Luxe's Neo family: one nozzle, one pressure dial, no self-clean mode, no feminine wash. What it keeps is the hardware that made the Neo line famous — the high-pressure metal-ceramic core valve and braided steel hose — at the lowest Neo price. Most buyers step up to the Neo 120 for its self-cleaning rinse, but for a spare bathroom where simplicity wins, this is the minimum viable Luxe.
