Bio Bidet HD-7000

Model HD-7000 / HD-7000R

  • Warm wateryes
  • Needs an outletyes
  • Heated seatyes

Bio Bidet's Home Depot-exclusive value line, still current in 2026 as the HD-7000 (HD-7000R for round bowls). Its 'Fusion Heating Technology' is the same hybrid tank-plus-instant approach as the BB-2000, meaning unlimited warm water at a big-box price: $329 list, routinely $199-249 at Home Depot. You give up the remote for a side panel, but keep the stainless 3-in-1 nozzle, warm-air dryer, heated seat, and night light. An HD-7500 sibling adds a wireless remote.

What owners like

  • +Hybrid 'Fusion' heater delivers unlimited warm water — at its frequent $199 sale price nothing else with endless heat comes close, including the tank-limited SmartBidet SB-1000
  • +4.4 stars across 2,000+ Home Depot reviews with 92% five-star — one of the best-vetted budget electrics anywhere
  • +Full wash suite on the panel: rear, feminine, turbo, and pulse modes plus a child button the pricier BB-1200 doesn't have
  • +Warm-air dryer with five temperature levels is included, unlike the dryer-less BB-500 at a similar street price
  • +Sold in both elongated and round versions at the same price — round buyers usually pay a premium elsewhere
  • +Side panel means no remote batteries to die and nothing for kids to lose or dunk

Common complaints

  • −Side panel only — you must reach down and back to operate it, a dealbreaker for some mobility-limited users the HD-7500 or BB-1200 serve better
  • −Recurring review complaint: water and seat heat are 'mildly warm' at max, noticeably softer than the BB-2000's output
  • −No deodorizer at any trim level
  • −No user presets or memory — settings reset to defaults every session
  • −Home Depot exclusivity means no price competition; if HD isn't running a sale you wait
  • −1-year warranty and big-box packaging — several reviewers received units with cracked hinges from rough handling

Questions buyers ask

Why is it only sold at Home Depot?

It's Bio Bidet's Home Depot-exclusive value line, which cuts both ways: no price competition when HD isn't running a sale, but its frequent $199 promos make it the cheapest unlimited-warm-water seat anywhere. If it's at the $329 list, wait.

Is the warm water actually unlimited?

Yes — the 'Fusion' hybrid heater is the same tank-plus-instant approach as the BB-2000, so it never runs cold. The recurring review complaint is temperature, not duration: water and seat heat read 'mildly warm' at max, noticeably softer than the BB-2000's output.

Is reaching the side panel a problem?

You operate it by reaching down and behind your hip, which some mobility-limited users find a dealbreaker — the HD-7500 or BB-1200 serve them better with remotes. The upside: no remote batteries to die and nothing for kids to lose or dunk.

Round bowl option?

Yes — the HD-7000R sells at the same price as the elongated version, where round buyers usually pay a premium elsewhere. That plus 2,000+ Home Depot reviews at 4.4 stars makes it one of the best-vetted budget electrics for older bathrooms.

Does it remember my settings?

No — there are no user presets or memory, so settings reset to defaults every session. You do get a full wash suite on the panel (rear, feminine, turbo, pulse, plus a child button the pricier BB-1200 lacks), you just re-press your way there each time.

Bio Bidet BB-500

Bio Bidet's current entry-level electric seat, launched in late 2023 as the spiritual successor to the BB-600. The headline trick is an instant heater with unlimited warm water inside an ultra-slim 3.5-inch body — a combo that usually costs $300+. Everything runs from a single multi-function side knob: turn for pressure, press to cycle rear, front, turbo, and massage washes. A BB-550 sibling adds a warm-air dryer for about $30 more.

Bio Bidet / Electric Bidet Seat

Bio Bidet BB-1000 Supreme

The BB-2000's older, cheaper sibling and one of the longest-selling bidet seats in the US — still current in Bio Bidet's 2026 lineup at $359 list, often $299-340 on sale. It keeps the same pump-driven vortex wash and 3-in-1 stainless nozzle but swaps the hybrid heater for a simple tank, so warm water lasts about 30 seconds. A proven value pick if wash strength matters more than endless warm water.
