Really tankless — unlimited warm water from instant heating, the same core tech the Alpha iX Pure sells for $299 and the SmartBidet SB-2600 for $300. The cuts show up elsewhere: no remote, no deodorizer, and a 1-year warranty. The water system itself is the genuine article.

Can I control it from a remote?

No — it's side-panel only, with no remote or wall-mount control option at any price. You'll twist to adjust settings mid-wash. If that's a dealbreaker, the Swiss Madison Vivante adds a remote with presets for about $100 more, though it downgrades you to tank heating.

Does it fit round toilets?

Yes — Bemis sells both elongated and round versions, and as the biggest toilet-seat maker in the US, its hinge fit and seat feel beat Korean imports at twice the price. Check the version suffix when buying at Home Depot, where it's stocked in the aisle.

Should the small review count worry me?

It's worth noting but not alarming. The 4.4 average is young (the seat launched nationwide in July 2025), but Bemis is the parent company of Bio Bidet, so there's a real US parts and support organization behind it rather than an Amazon white-label.
